Guidelines

An overview

Centenary University welcomes film and photography on campus following guidelines to protect the university mission, reputation, students, staff, faculty and trustees of the University:

- Express  written permission is required to identify iconic buildings, logos, uniforms, or prominent individuals of Centenary University.

-Client must obtain at least $1 million per occurrence of general liability insurance naming Centenary as an additional insured.

-Production company must abide by the rules, regulations, and ordinances of the University and town. Company is responsible for obtaining permits when necessary

-Film must adhere to the mission/ideals of the University.  Any content considered offensive or obscene will be denied use of the facilities. Scripts must be submitted in advance of filming.
